Аннотация

A number of trends in staffing digital transformation in agriculture are revealed. The approaches to organizing the interaction of IT companies with Russian agricultural universities and the effects that are achieved by participants in the educational process are presented. The factors hindering the digitalization of the agro-industrial complex in terms of staffing the industry are detailed.
