SUGAR BEET HARVEST DECREASED

Sugar beet production in Russia. As of November 1, 2022, 29.4 million tons of sugar beet were harvested in farms of all categories (agricultural organizations, farms, population), which is 8.6% less than a year ago (32.1 million tons as of November 1, 2021).

Agricultural organizations produced 26.4 million tons of sugar beet, which amounted to 91.0%. Farms produced 2.6 million tons (8.9%) of sugar beet. The population has grown 0.1 million tons (0.1%) @agrorisk
