FRANCE STRENGTHENS PROTECTION MEASURES FOR POULTRY FARMS

In France, an increased level of epizootic risk has been introduced. Measures to protect poultry farms should be strengthened, namely:

1. Transfer of all farmed poultry to pens throughout the country.

2. A ban on the crowding of poultry throughout the country is being introduced.

3. There is a mandatory processing of vehicles transporting waterfowl older than 3 days – the Ministry of Agriculture of France
