Processed potato production in Russia. In June 2021, the factories produced 23.9 thousand tons of processed and canned potatoes against 30.7 million tons in May 2021.

Paired June 2021/2020 the total production of factory potatoes grew upwards - by 10.8%, however, in the June / May 2021 pair, the growth, as in May, was again negative, the production index fell by 21.4%.

From the beginning of the year to June 2021, the production of potatoes in processing increased by 19.9% ​​compared to the same period last year and amounted to 185.9 thousand tons.

The average monthly growth rate lags behind the pace in the juice industry - 3.3%. @agrorisk
