RESERVE FORCES OF INDUSTRIAL TOBACCO

Manufacture of tobacco products in Russia. Steam tobacco production index June 2021/2020 fell to 92.4%, in the first half of 2021 it kept the level of 104.5%.

In absolute terms, in June 2021, the tobacco industry produced 19.5 billion cigarettes. Paired June 2021/2020 cigarette production decreased by 6.7%.

Producers of industrially manufactured tobacco and its substitutes produced 2.1 thousand tons of tobacco in June against 1.2 thousand tons in May, showing a super-restorative growth rate of 75.1%. Paired June 2021/2020 tobacco production decreased by 21.1%.

Steam production in the first half of 2021/2020 is characterized as follows: cigarettes added 5.2% growth. Tobacco went down by 8.4%. @agrorisk
