SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS TAKE GROSSRAUM

Production of semi-finished meat products in Russia. For the period from January to June of this year, meat factories produced 2.169 million tons of semi-finished products (including: meat, meat-containing, chilled, frozen). In June, the output amounted to 369 thousand tons (-3 thousand tons to May).

Paired June 2021/2020 the total output of semi-finished products was charged by the meat processing plants by 12.0%.

In the June / May 2021 pair, the semi-finished product production index decreased and amounted to 99%.

From the beginning of the year to June 2021, the production of butter increased by 11.9% compared to the same period last year. Recall that over the same period, the production of red meat increased by only 0.7%, poultry decreased by 2.6%. @agrorisk
