The article presents an analysis of the consumption of meat and meat products for the period from 2013 to 2020 and the structure of consumption of meat and meat products in the context of federal districts. According to the authors' forecasts, meat consumption in the Russian Federation will continue to grow. The dynamics of the production of meat and meat products for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation has been calculated.
