The article discusses the possibility of improving the production structure of an enterprise and optimizing the production process. The analysis of the results and the efficiency of the production activity of the enterprise, taking into account the risk of weather conditions To take into account the risks associated with the possibility of unfavorable weather conditions, a stochastic optimization model was implemented, reflecting a two-stage decision-making process on the production and use of agricultural products. Based on the model developed by the author, appropriate proposals for optimizing the production process of the enterprise follow.
