The article deals with the issues of logistics in the dairy industry. A schematic diagram of the supply chain in the form of a block diagram is proposed. We consider software products that allow you to build efficient logistics, taking into account the temperature limitations of product delivery, for example, the MapXPlus Milk software package for planning optimal routes for collecting milk at reception points.
