The article examines the world market of spices and the consumption of sauces and spices by regions of the world, presents the average per capita consumption of sauces, seasonings and spices in Russia and the structure of consumption of sauces and spices by regions of the world. The article gives a forecast of the production of black pepper and other spices on the world market.
