The article examines the development of the Russian market for edible eggs, identifies the main producing regions, an increase in production and consumption. An important element of the balance sheet is the reduction in the share of imported products in the market. In addition, the article examines the compliance of the actual consumption of edible eggs with the standards approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
