The article defines the directions for increasing the export of poultry meat in the Russian Federation until 2020 and the export potential of the product. An assessment of the demand for poultry meat from the countries of the world market and an analysis of the export potential of Russian producers are given. When forecasting imports, internal resources (water, land, labor, level of economic development) and external (tariff and non-tariff barriers, world prices, supply logistics) are taken into account.
