CHICKEN EGG - AT THE STEERING WHEEL PRICE

Producer price index of livestock products in Russia. In the June / May 2021 pair, the price index for livestock breeders was 99.2% versus 98.9% in crop production and 99.1% in agriculture as a whole.

In total, in the first half of 2021, livestock breeders raised prices by 8.1% versus 5.7% for plant breeders. If you look at last year, the increase was 10.3% (from 97.7%) versus 0.8% in crop production (104.9%).

In dynamics, by June 2020, livestock breeders' prices for certain types and groups of agricultural products increased by 15.4%. All livestock products in pairs I half of 2021/2020 has risen in price by 12.9%.

For certain types of livestock products in a pair, I half of 2021/2020 there is a significant increase in selling prices for producers of fresh chicken eggs - by 30.7%, poultry - by 11.2%, as well as pig breeding complexes - by 20.8%. @agrorisk
