annotation

The article presents the results of risk assessment of production processes at one of the poultry enterprises in the North-West of Russia - the Zelenetskaya poultry farm. The procedure for risk assessment is proposed, the corresponding procedures and tabular forms are described, which allow formalization and weighing of risks on the example of the poultry enterprise under consideration. The advantages of poultry dispatching are also presented.
