State, problems and risks of development of the real estate market of the agro-industrial complex of the Moscow region

The article is devoted to one of the most important regional problems - the state of the Moscow region, the dynamics and prospects for the development of the real estate market in the agro-industrial complex. The reasons, features and consequences of the necessary regulation of the real estate market in the context of expanding the borders of Moscow are revealed. Attention is drawn to the need to protect scarce land resources and preserve the agribusiness of the Moscow region.
