The article presents the results of age dynamics of weight growth of young animals of the Aberdeen-Angus breed. A special feature of beef cattle breeding is the production of high-quality beef. The organization and technology of beef cattle breeding has its own characteristics. Meat cows are not milked and the resulting calves, after weaning the calves from their mothers, are reared and put on fattening.
