The article discusses simulation systems that implement the discrete-event method. A comparative analysis of the systems is carried out. Studied such software products as: Anylogic, Arena, Extendsim pro, SAS simulation studio, Plant simulation, Witness. For a visual display, an analytical table was created with all the characteristics of software products. For an objective comparison, the analysis of simulation modeling systems was carried out using an integral indicator.
