Winter sowing in Russia, according to preliminary data, amounted to 17.7 million hectares on December 7. This is less than planned due to the deterioration of weather conditions in Central Russia and the Volga region. The remaining areas will be sown in the spring, and the structure of the areas will remain - the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation
