RETURN OF THE SEEDER. PRODUCTION RATE EXCEEDED TRACTOR PRODUCTION 3 TIMES

Manufacturing of tractors and combines in Russia. From the beginning of the year to May 2021, factories in Russia produced 3,000 tractors for agriculture. By the same period in 2020, production increased by 14.6%.

Paired May 2021/2020 the tractor production index rose 1.9%. However, in the May / April 2021 pair, it fell by 21.7%. May holidays reduced labor productivity.

On seeders. From the beginning of the year to May 2021, 7,800 seeders were produced. The rate of seeder production exceeded tractor production by 3 times, the index compared to the same period in 2020 amounted to 141.6%.

Paired May 2021/2020 seeders produced more by 39.4%. But in the May / April 2021 pair, production fell by 47.8%. Apparently the holidays lasted half a month. @agrorisk
