Organic farming in France

The new program for the development of the organic sector in France - CAP 2023-2027 - provides 340 million euros per year to support farmers in their transition to organic farming. In the long term, the French agricultural regulator also plans to launch the Ambition Bio program. The horizon is 2040. However, by 2027, 18% of farmland should be reoriented to the production of organic products - the Ministry of Agriculture of France
