In Ghana, soft drinks showed the largest increase in prices among food products – 47.0%. At the regional level, in October 2022, the highest level of food inflation in Ghana was recorded in the Central Region – 57.9%, followed by the North-Western region – 55.3%, the Bono region – 54.9% and the Eastern region – 52.4%. The lowest level of food inflation in Ghana was in the Ahafo region – 29.1% – Daily Graphic
