Compared to January 2021, the average actual price per 1 ton for wheat and meslin increased by 10.9%, reaching 256.8 US dollars. In the February 2021/2020 pair, exporters achieved an increase in grain prices by 18.3%.
Recipients of Russian wheat abroad from distant countries, the grain cost more than the CIS member states. The first had to buy at 258.7 dollars per ton, the post-Soviet countries were able to afford to get hold of at 226.1 dollars per ton.
But do not be deceived by the proximity of borders, in the same February 2021, such an export product as wheat flour cost the CIS countries almost 20% more expensive than far abroad. @agrorisk
