AVIAN FLU IN FRANCE

In connection with the introduction of an increased level of epizootic risk in France, the following measures are being introduced in the field of hunting:

1. Permission to transport and use decoy birds only for Category 1 owners (holders of less than 15 decoy birds).

2. Various conditions are introduced for the transportation of feathered game (clinical examination, virological screening).

3. Return to the nature of feathered game (duck family) is prohibited – The Ministry of Agriculture of France
