FISHERIES. LOSS REDUCES BETTER PROFITABILITY

Financial results of the fishing industry in Russia. In January-February 2021, the balanced financial result (profit minus loss) of organizations in the fishery sector (except for SMEs) in current prices amounted to 32.3 billion rubles. Compared to the period in 2020, profit fell by 10.8%.

In general, in January-April, fish farm organizations made a profit of 35.2 billion rubles, or -19.1% compared to the same period in 2020. Losses at agricultural enterprises amounted to 2.9 billion rubles. In general, unprofitability in terms of rates also decreased -60.4%.

The ratio of profitable and unprofitable fish farming organizations remains in the balance of 70/30. @agrorisk
