ENDLESS MILK PROSPECTS

Livestock production in Russia. For the first half of 2021, farms of all categories produced eggs - 22.3 billion pieces, milk - 15.8 million tons. Livestock and poultry for slaughter (in live weight) produced 7.1 million tons.

In the June / May 2021 pair, farms of all categories showed positive dynamics. Eggs were produced - 4.1 billion pieces or + 0.7% versus April, milk - 3.3 million tons (+ 8.1%). Dynamics of livestock and poultry for slaughter (in live weight), as before in the outside, produced 1.2 million tons (-2.8%).

Paired June 2021/2020 beef cattle and eggs maintained the pace of + 1.0% and + 0.5%, respectively. Dairy production is rolling back, the index was 99.0%. @agrorisk
