COWS - LESS, MILK - MORE. CASUS OF PRODUCTION

Production of animal husbandry in Russia. In January-April 2021, the farms of all categories, according to Rosstat, produced eggs - 14.1 billion pieces, milk - 9.6 million tons. Cattle and birds on slaughter (live weight) produced 4.7 million tons.

In a pair of April / March 2021, the farms of all categories showed the positive dynamics: 3.7 billion pieces of eggs (+ 1.3%) were produced, 2.7 million tons of milk (+ 6.3%). Dynamics in cattle and bird on slaughter (live weight) again did not get sophisticated for the egg and milk, leaving in minus: 1.2 million tons were produced (-1.7%).

As for the dynamics by April 2020, meat animal husbandry and the egg came forward on + 1.6% and + 1.1%, respectively, and milk at + 0.7%.

In pair I quarter 2021/2020. The values ​​are signed: -1.2% in cattle and bird, -1.5% on the egg, except for milk + 0.9%. As of 01.04.2021, the livestock of the cows decreased by 1.3% compared to the same date in 2020 @agrorisk
