Price index for meat products, eggs and granulated sugar in Russia. In March 2021, prices for meat products increased, including for chicken meat - by 7.2%, lamb (except for boneless meat) - by 5.0%, chicken legs - by 4.4%, culinary products from poultry - by 2.4%, beef (excluding boneless meat) - by 2.3%, beef liver - by 2.2%, pork (excluding boneless meat) - by 1.9%.
Chicken eggs rose in price in Russia by 5.3%. At the same time, in 14 Russian regions by 0.1-2.9%, in 27 constituent entities - by 3.0-4.9%, in 38 constituent entities - by 5.0-9.9%, in 6 constituent entities - by 10 , 0-14.4%.
The increase in prices for granulated sugar in Russia on average amounted to 2.1%, while in 14 regions - 0.1-0.9%, in 36 regions - 1.0-2.9%, in 23 regions - 3, 0-4.9%, in 5 regions - 5.0-7.3%. Prices have not changed in 2 subjects. In 5 regions, prices for granulated sugar decreased by 0.1-2.0%.
The leader of price growth in the quarterly pair 2021/2020 became granulated sugar, which rose in price by 47.5%. @agrorisk
