Confectionery production in Russia. From the beginning of the year to June 2021, the confectionery industry produced goods in the amount of 1.779 million tons. By the same period in 2020, production increased by 10.6%.

Paired June 2021/2020 the total output of confectionery products was 7.1%. True, in the June / May 2021 pair, the production index decreased by 4.2%.

For individual items. In June, confectioners produced 143 thousand tons of chocolate (against 139 in May) and sugar confectionery products, 136 thousand tons of cookies and gingerbread with waffles, cakes and pastries (against 133 in May). @agrorisk
