Issuance of loans to agriculture in Russia. In January-May 2021, banks issued 556.5 billion rubles to agricultural producers. Last year, over the same period, agriculture was stocked with a bank loan for a smaller amount - 484.1 billion rubles.
The increase in the consumption of bank loans by agriculture for the specified period amounted to 72.4 billion rubles. or 14.96%.
According to the Central Bank of Russia, in May 2021 the trend of growth in sales of loans to the agricultural sector was confirmed. Paired May 2021/2020 growth amounted to 26.01% or 85.03 against 67.48 billion rubles.
Agricultural debt continues to rise at double-digit rates, with the value of money falling. @agrorisk
