The article discusses the issue of reproduction of the machine and tractor fleet and its sources of financing in the Tver region. The problems of reproduction of the machine and tractor fleet, as well as the sources of its financing, receive their coverage in economic theory, agricultural economics, and agricultural policy. Proven methods for collecting and analyzing information on forms of reproduction and sources of financing in agricultural organizations are presented. The authors proposed a method for substantiating the rational composition of the machine and tractor fleet, its practical application and correction of the results; financing options for agricultural organizations; calculation of the best option for a typical business entity.
