The article was prepared in connection with the publication of a new book by A.L. Eidis "Project management in the branches of the agro-industrial complex". The author of this tutorial focuses on the questions of how to reasonably use project management tools in solving problems of the agro-industrial complex. The author, relying on a deep analysis of modern project management techniques, offers his own vision of the possibilities and limitations of project management for the needs of the agro-industrial complex.
