Improving the efficiency of the use of labor resources

The article discusses the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the use of labor resources. An analysis of the provision of an agro-industrial complex with labor resources, as well as a qualitative analysis of personnel and an analysis of labor productivity is given. The factors and reserves influencing the efficiency of the use of labor resources have been identified. The factorial analysis of the working time fund was carried out, the coefficients of the movement of the labor force were calculated, and the opinion of workers about the work in the organization was analyzed. The author proposes specific measures to improve the efficiency of using the labor resources of the enterprise.
