This article examines the main problems currently existing in agriculture. The importance of the development of the entire agricultural industry, increasing the indicators of its profitability is substantiated. A number of specific measures are proposed to solve the main problems of agricultural development in terms of increasing the indicators of gross value added and its profitability.
