Production of agricultural products in Russia. In August 2022, all farms: agricultural organizations, farmers and the population produced products worth 906.7 billion rubles, which, according to Rosstat, is 8.8% more than in August 2021. Then the output was announced at the level of 787.8 billion rubles. It turns out, according to the previous estimate, the growth of production amounted to 15% in August y/y.
In general, in January-August 2022, agricultural production amounted to 3838.4 billion rubles. In the same period of 2021, the issue amounted to 3,101.2 billion rubles.
Thus, the dynamics of agricultural production in the January-August 2022/2021 pair reached an index of 123.8%. Such a range of increase in the cost of manufactured products is also observed at the average monthly rate in 2022 compared to 2021: 118.6% versus 112.4%.
It is likely that inflationary expectations and a real increase in the price of agricultural inputs have made obvious adjustments to the cost of agricultural products @agrorisk
