annotation

The article presents a generalized analysis of the dairy industry in the Russian Federation based on the results of past research. The main directions of development and problems present in this industry are highlighted, as well as ways of their solution are outlined. In addition, it is noted that the use of modern technologies plays an important role in the development of the industry.
