The article gives a forecast of the consumption of vegetables and melons in the Russian Federation. This forecast takes into account the scenario conditions of socio-economic development. The basic and conservative scenarios of forecasting the macroeconomic dynamics of the level of per capita consumption of vegetables are considered in accordance with the scenarios of socio-economic development.
