Methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of strategic management of industrial activities of agricultural enterprises are considered, its main constituent elements are determined. On the basis of the considered methodological approaches, the effectiveness of the implementation of the production strategy was calculated using the example of an enterprise (LLC "Variant").
