The article traces the dynamics of world production and consumption of poultry meat and analyzes - what caused the increase in production in the USA, China, Brazil and Russia. The analysis of poultry meat consumption for the period 2010-2017 is given. and shows how such growth became possible. In addition, tools for increasing the consumption of poultry meat in the world are considered.
