The article examines the state of the domestic sugar industry. The indicators of sugar beet production are taken into account, both as raw materials for sugar production and as an independent product. The dynamics of changes in indicators for the period from 2013 to 2017 is presented. in the context of federal districts and leading regions in the production of products.
