The place of labor resources in the "production - consumption" system in the regional context (on the example of the Voronezh region)

The article is devoted to identifying risks in providing the population of the Voronezh region with affordable and high-quality food products associated with the region's labor resources and their renewability. Regional comparisons within the Central Black Earth Economic Region are given. The author reveals the problems associated with an increase in the load on the employed in the economy of the population in the context of the urban and rural population of the Voronezh region.
