annotation

The article presents an analysis of the production of edible eggs in the Russian Federation from 2013 to 2019 and the change in the main indicators of the balance of production and consumption of eggs. The dynamics of egg production in the context of farms and federal districts is given. The reasons for the decline in egg prices have been determined.
