The article examines the methods of network planning and management as a project management tool. The active application of SPM methods is supported by the use of the MS Project software product. Particular attention is paid to the complexity of the application of SPM methods and software tools in the planning and management of projects in the agro-industrial complex. The problems of application of SPC methods in the branches of the agro-industrial complex are considered.
